So, it appears that Jimmy Savile was not the saint that he purported to be! I have every sympathy for his victims..there is no excuse for what he did and, if he were alive, I would be the first to offer to carry out the castration that would be "too good for the likes of him".
BUT how can we justify the amount of money that we are spending investigating the wrong doings of a corpse! The man is dead...he will never be brought to justice!
Oh sorry, It appears that I have missed the point....today the "ambulance chasers" have revealed the reasons why......"There will, of course, be the issue of compensation to all his victims" Someone is going to have to be held accountable and pay the victims a huge amount of money for what this pervert did.
At the end of the day, you and I, the tax payer will end up having to pay his victims....
MINUS, OF COURSE, THE FEE THAT THE SOLICITORS CREAM OFF FOR FIGHTING THE CASES.

PENSION...GRANDPA WHAT'S A PENSION?
The new government proposals sugggest that we are going to have to work longer to recieve our pensions!
When I started work I was looking forward to a state pension at 65. Apparently now I have to wait until I am 67 and...by the way... it is going to be less than it is today!
My grand kids can look forward to reaching pensionable age about 118!!
SO WE NOW HAVE TO WORK LONGER TO EARN LESS OF PENSION.....WELL THAT'S A GOOD DEAL

READ THE SMALL PRINT
We expect to have to read the small print when we are revieiwng important documents...NOT when trying to fnd the cooking instructions on a chocolate sponge.

Mrs Moaningoldgit was going to pop a couple of chocolate sponges into the microwave the other day and looked at the packaging to see the instructions. The print was small you would have needed a telescope from Jordell Bank to read them.
We spent ages peering and squinting, trying to catch the "right" light before eventually getting the digital camera, photographing them and magnifying them on the screen!!!!!!!
COME ON PRODUCERS, IF YOU WANT US TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS DON'T PRINT THEM SO SMALL
