The UK outlawed driving while holding a mobile phone a couple of years back. How many folk swerve in front of you, pass at 100 miles an hour or maneouvre round round-a-bouts holding the damn thing to there ear!!!
I think when you see bad driving and idiots on their phones, you should be allowed to fire a paint gun at their car and leave a coloured paint spot for everyone to see.
