BRITAINS GOT TALENT - FOR LITIGATION

A woman who went for an audition for 'Britain's Got Talent' is suing for £2.5m after claiming that she was humiliated on the talent show.  She is looking for £300,000 for injured feelings, £1.25m for loss of earnings and another £1m in compensation.

Apparantly she is claiming that her performance suffered as a result of a medical condition that affects her ability to hear her own singing voice.

If she couldn't hear herself sing then how did could she possibly know that she had talent (or not)?

Once again I question the British legal system that allows time in its schedule to entertain such a claim.  The plain truth is that she wasn't selected and was told, albeit quite bluntly, the reasons why.  She can disagree if she likes but the TV programme has been running long enough for her to understand that the judges are there to entertain as much as the hopefuls themselves.

Not everyone gets to come first - are we going to see the losing side in the cup final or in the six nations suing for injured feelings, loss of earnings and compensation - I think not.

The sad thing is, if you search youtube for the woman and listen to some of her other songs she IS a bit better than that performance.
