CHARITY NEEDS TO BEGIN AT HOME

Just seen that government departments have to draw up plans for a 40% budget decrease.
There are some exceptions, one of which is foreign aid.

Sorry guys but if the cash is tight I would prefer to make the foreign aid budget the FIRST casualty not a protected budget line.

I don't mind doing our bit for the world but not at the expense of health care, education, defence and community safety at home.
