A keen gardener decided to brighten up the front of his house so that passers by and neighbours admired his flower borders. He laid out his flowers and put in a little 15inch fence just to keep them in place.
Enter the local authority..... He did not have permission to build a fence and because of the height there was risk of people tripping over it. He was ordered to remove it all.
WHY LET COMMON SENSE GET IN THE WAY OF RED TAPE?
