Some of the English rioters and looters were teenagers. A 14 year old girl appeared in court today charged with looting and the magistrate was appalled that her parents hadn't accompanied her to the court. She was ordered to stay at thecourt till her parents picked her up.
WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOUR DO WE EXPECT FROM KIDS WHEN THIS IS THE INDIFFERENCE OF THEIR PARENTS
