It is reported that prisoners in the prison system have been taking Human rights cases to court and winning them. 28 out of 30 claims made have been successful. They have one cash for having to slop out, being put in solitary confinement and are currently seeking compensation because they are not allowed to vote.
Oh, and guess who is paying the solicitors who act on their behalf, yes you have guessed it, we do. The little angels get legal aid to fund their claims.
I always thought that Human rights were for those who acted responsibly and the lack of responsible behaviour reduced the right to such considerations!
