All this week the top story on the National news has been about a football player who has decided it is time to move clubs.
At the beginning of the week we all had to suffer the "will he won't he" debate as he and his club refused to confirm or deny that he was to be on the move. Now toward the end of the week the headlines declare that he will move and speculate where he will go.........WHO CARES!!!!
People are starving throughout the world, people are dying in wars and we are all in a financial mess courtesy of bankers/government/previous government/world wide recession (delete as applicable).
Our media need to get a real perspective on the issues of the world.
KEEP SPORT ON THE BACK PAGES AND THE SPORTS SECTIONS OF TV PROGRAMMES....IT IS NOT EARTHSHATTERING NEWS.
